"As we arrived, we were nicely greeted at the door. We had made reservations, which work really well. The waiter was attentive without being invasive. She even brought a big bowl of iced water for my service dog. As many times happens to me, I asked for mild food and it wasn’t as mild as I would have preferred. They were far more successful in making other accommodations, though. This restaurant pays attention to details and their food it outstanding. We ordered a black ribeye without pepper and pan seared scallops. Delicious!"

"Went for NYE. Went early and they weren’t busy. pretty disappointed in the food. The friend oyster app was bland. My steak was just cooked perfectly but it was also bland. The service was fine. The atmosphere was festive. The food was just not the norm for McEwens."
