"On my first visit the quality of the food did not justify the price. The patties were dry and hard. I gave them a second chance today. I walked in and no one bothered to greet me. This would have been fine had there not been two people in the front, one of which was a cook playing on his phone. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and after no one bothered to even acknowledge my presence, I left. Even a I 'll be right with you. Would have sufficed. After reading some reviews from the locations that are now permanently closed I think I see a trend and soon this location too will be added to that list."

"Only last week we ate at another place where the portions were larger and that was fresh. in this case, the chicken fingers were small and tasted as if the oil had not changed in one. the cups of the cole Slav were significantly smaller (about half the size) and the brot was missing from the half of the order. no sauce was offered or offered. at least the system was clean."

"So my coworkers suggested this place for lunch, I’d been having some bad lunch experiences since I’ve started working in Baton Rouge. Well when u tell you quick but so good!!! The wait isn’t long at all for lunch. I ordered the shrimp poboy with onion rings, fresh, soft bread, I’m big on My food being HOT and the shrimp were ! That in itself won me over. Shrimp were nice size for a poboy well seasoned as Louisiana seafood should be. And the onion rings were so good !! I called a few people I know and told them where they were taking me to lunch next already ! Lol"

"Gotta love Your Mom... The food was plentiful and came out in a timely manner. She may have overdone the thin fried pickles, and used grocery store fries, BUT delicious nonetheless. She also keeps a nice dining area and I loved her basic rustic theme."

"Step out of my comfort zone, and ordered the Blackened bayou Catfish, and I must say it was close your eyes good. I'm not the one to do veggies but these veggies were PERFECT!! Then to top off my waiter Duffy took care of us... He recommended my dish, and our entire visit he stayed on top of everything. Great waiter!!! I would definitely recommend this place."

"The first time I ate at Burgersmith years ago, I wasn't really a fan. Recently I have been hearing a lot about this place from different people so thought I would give it another try! Wow! I'm so glad I did! First off the husband and wife bartenders are amazing! They Gave me food recommendations and really knew the menu, all while giving amazing service! I had the filet burger, smith style, with smoked gouda and pickles with no bun (lettuce wrapped) and the smith seasoned fries! Really amazing! Definitely recommend but fair warning once you start eating those darn crispy fries there's no stopping...just saying!"
