"Despite a very favorable review on Trip Advisor, my wife and I had a horrible experience. The best part of the meal were the potato chips that came out first with the water. The dining room was very tight and loud even though only half full. The service was unfriendly and rushed. I ordered a $22 burger because I was worried that we were going to regret anything more expensive, which came out with iceberg lettuce and an unripe tomato. My wife ordered a sushi roll which was not palatable."

"We were in Park City/Kimball Junctuon for a tournament and my son wanted sushi. So we decided to try Sushi Blue. It was really disappointing. We have the Tempura shrimp roll and the spider roll. They were overtaken and had little taste. My son wouldn't even finish it. So if you're looking for sushi, it's worth driving the extra time in Park City to visit The Flying Sumo. Skip Sushi Blue!"

"Oishi is the best local joint for sushi, majority of the time their rolls are 50% off and no it's not like their prices are to much. They're pretty average prices for sushi rolls especially being in Park city. Try the specials off the chalkboard before getting caught up in their menu. I really enjoy the sushi and the staff here."

"This is a great find! I loved the appetizers. I had a spring roll, and the hot and sour soup. We tried the Mongolian beef and the Kung Pao beef—Both were good but I’d definitely get the Mongolian again. I also tried the seaweed salad and it was really interesting. The flavor was great and it was fun to try something new. My friends got sushi, fish, and Kung pao chicken. The service was excellent. Our drinks were never empty, the food was done quickly and it was hot and so fresh. I would definitely go back! Thank you!"
