"(Pre pandemic) Delicious buffet. All the fried stuff is great: Samosas, pakoras not oily. Garlic naan has a TON of garlic on a freshly soft yeasty bread YES! I cannot enjoy garlic naan elsewhere because the one here sets a high bar. Also love the beverages: Chai when it's snowing out and mango lassi when it's hot. All good.(Post pandemic) No buffet. Garlic naan (8/10): still freshly soft and tasty. Goa Fish Curry (8/10): delish, Basa fish moist, coconut curry had heat as well as sweet. Lamb vindaloo (7/10): good. Veg pakora (6/10): not as crunchy as their pre pandemic potato pakora. Chicken biryani (9/10): chicken tender, nice spicing. Beef samosa (7/10): prefer higher meat to wrap ratio."

"My friend and I believed bhature, we really didn't want to go to surrey, and that was the next. after the arrival it looked like a hole in the wall with 3 tables and 12 chairs in the...Buckle of the Load. the man who greeted us was surprised when we asked ourselves to sit. we thought we were going, but our hunger struck our willingness to leave this facility. we saw that others mug in and out and all seemed satisfied with their order, there was even a family of 5 with bhaturas next to our table, so we decided not to get our judge the best of us (what can happen if they visit a new place.) but that was quickly released when our water arrived in gälsen that were not properly cleaned and looked watery. our next decision was not to drink water for the duration we were there. Anyway, to the hunt our food came, a order of butter huhn, biryani and 2 Choley-Bhaturey. we have put everything in order. the bhaturey were beautiful and fluffy with not a strong taste of yeast or backnatron amd the choley were cooked to perfection. the curry of butter chicken was thick and the peices were soft and melted in the mouth. reis was also perfectly cooked. overall we left in a very sceptical condition. the restaurant has to focus more on the service than they focus on their customers. it could be with a renovation with some fans, new tables and chairs, only general renovations. because it looked like the restaurant hadn't seen any new pieces of furniture for over 5 years."
