"Gave me a busty cup my shake was dropping from the bottom of my cup ALWAYS I mean always forget to add my request sauces the bag when ?ordered Buffalo Popcorn chicken, a shake and blow?. That was the 3rd time and first I'm like no big deal, but literally every time and then when I told them, hey can I get the side of the ranch I command, the employee says ?it?s in the bag? I took everything out and showed them there was no sauce in the bag. Then you closed the window. Then came back later and was like, were you missing something? Then I asked her if I could answer. They seemed irritated, but that literally happens every time, is it really so hard? Popcorn chicken was cold and was not so good a usual: sad day."

"Friendly staff. The food was okay. The Drive-Thru was the only thing open and it took a bit to get through the line. A part of the nostalgia of Sonic is the drive inspection and that was not available at that time, kiddo was beaten. I'm sure it was personnel problems/collections, etc. That's reasonable. We'd try again."

"They treat their employees VERY poorly here. DO NOT APPLY!I worked here twice, both times I had a horrible experience with management.Quit he first time because management had been stealing my tips and blamed it on “system malfunction” and never reimbursed me. (I was new at serving so they thought they could get away with it)A year later, I decided to come back since they fired that manager for stealing from their safe. Not even an hour into my first shift, I was yelled at for sitting down. Even though NOBODY GAVE ME A CLOCK IN NUMBER. Nobody told me my information needed to get paid, so I sat down waiting from them to get me properly clocked in.Then of course my pay check was messed up. Not to mention they are always either under staffed or over staffed, and the place is a dead zone between Oct-March so if you’re a server, you make less than $20 for a full shift.Management is straight up verbally abusive, especially during their “Alley Ralley’s” where management pretty much curses at the staff and belittles them.Disgusting place to work and eat.Don’t do it.And if you’re eating there, I’ve seen employees stick their dirty fingers in the chicken tenders/ fry area all throughout the day, digging in, fingers salivated.Like I said, don’t do it. Just don’t."

"Check your order before dragging away from the hard drive. I'm with this Culver twice a week. The food is good and the place seems clean. However, you have an extreme problem what you order. This is the fifth and last time I didn't get what I ordered. Usually I keep on my way home from work between 9:40 to 10:30. Tonight I came at 10:50. I placed the first part of the order without an incident. I just ordered a bacon double cheeseburger sandwich, all the way. The answer I received was that you want a double or a single? I said twice. I was asked if I wanted a basket. I just said sandwich. I understand that they follow the company script, but listening is paramount here. If they want to cheer me up, that's okay if they can hear what I say. I'll explain what I want it to be nice when they listened. I went into the window and paid and got the drink. I got my job and went home. When I came home, I opened the bag and found the first half of the order was right. I opened the Speck double cheeseburger all the way and found it was a single burger. I knew something came up when the burger was in a wax sluice instead of a box. I checked the reception and I was reliant on a double. From all nights I was quite hungry and I didn't get what ordered. This is extremely frustrating at the prices that invite restaurants in these days. One night I came home to find out that my burger had no top halls! I was amazed and I don't understand how it happened. Three more times when I checked my order, I received a single instead of a double. I called for a night and asked to speak to the person responsible for the shift. The person answered and said a moment and put me under control. After 10 minutes, I hung the phone when someone never picked up. The food is great, but that's the fifth time I didn't receive what I paid and or parts of my order were missing. As a consumer, we only say where we choose to spend our money. I don't choose to spend my money at Culver. If I boycott a business, it's not just the store. will never walk in a Culver's, anywhere. One thing I'm not going to miss is to do with the young lady who is very often sitting outside to take orders. She has too much haste and has a spunky attitude like a law enforcement officer. Let's just say she doesn't have the personality to deal with the public. Maybe she should be in back-cooking where she doesn't have to interact with customers."

"Absolutely delicious food! Tried the chicken curry and I'm in love. They also make fresh carrot juice with ginger which I loved. There is a small grocery store here too. The staff were very kind. Would highly recommend checking out Pasha and can't wait to come back"
