"I was disappointed in the Maidstone. Took friends there on a Saturday Night. It wasn't busy, yet we waited minutes for drinks to be delivered. We ordered appetizers, were just ok. The special app was very good. We ordered something called scallops and seafood. The scallops were apparently crushed up in a consistency similar to dry mashed potatoes. The truffle pasta dish had a few bits of truffles. The double rack of lamb for consisted of fatty lamb chops. I will say the Duck was great. The manager didn't really care that we weren't happy with our meal"
