"I am not familiar with many food options in Lawrence, and my boyfriend I came here for lunch because it was located near Fort Harrison state park and it was convenient for us. There are so many Mexican restaurants in Indy and here the service was the least friendly. Our server was just doing bare minimum, never checking on us after we ordered and got our food. He lacked personality too, and we were not taken care of. My dish was good, although it took long. However, other Mexican restaurants easily exceed the level and speed of service and I will not return to La Hacienda."

"I have been to Rock Bottom in Chicago and it was amazing. So I decided to take my boyfriend here for his birthday. While the wait staff was nice, the service was awful. We sat for 15 minutes before anyone took our drink order, another 20 minutes before our appetizer was brought, they forgot our salads until after we finished our meals. Never came back to see if we wanted more drinks until we were finished with our meals, and then did not even have a pen to sign the bill. I signed my credit card receipt in crayon. We were there for over 3 hours for a two person meal. It was also extremely loud, which made it difficult to hear one another. While we had a great time enjoying each others company I was very disappointed in the fact that I spent over $100 on two meals and drinks and had such deplorable service. Probably will never go back to this location."
