"I enjoyed a excellent Fruiti Di Mare. Shrimp,Mussels and clams with white clam sauce and fettuccine noodles. My wife enjoyed a delicious salad and fish tacos. We traveled 1,560 miles one way to enjoy excellent food and weather."

"Yumm yumm. This place is a hidden gem. It’s small and sits off of a pier and although we were not sure from looking at the outside it was so worth it. They have two area which are under the front deck, side of the deck or beach side which faces the water and is covered with sand. We took the beach side and the day was beautiful. Prices are good and the portions are big. I highly recommend the boom boom shrimp tacos and the blackened fish tacos. Fresh ingredients and cooked perfectly. We also had a side of waffle fries and sweet potato fries which comes with fluff. It’s a sweet dipping sauce. From the waitress to the host that sat us, all young kids but very pleasant. Pets are welcome and we even dined with a few bird friends which topped off our experience. Fun place to eat with great food and service."

"My husband and I travel a lot and have visited this place twice in 2 weeks. We loved the food and the staff. Everything has been amazing ! They also allow dogs outside for patio seating which is amazing since my little dog travels with us. You can reach the place by boat if you are enjoying time on the water and want to stop by to eat! Highly recommend the swordfish, twisted Island wrap ? (With the Mahi and pineapple) and lobster ravioli. It was amazing"

"We were a party of 4 for a late lunch. Very prompt, professional and friendly service. First time visiting Pirates Cove and the waiter gave a knowledgeable description of the menu with suggestions. We ordered calamari for the table which was hot and crispy with a marinara sauce that everyone enjoyed. The entrees ordered were shrimp poboy, grouper tacos, shrimp tacos and a Cuban sandwich. The shrimp poboy and the shrimp tacos and grouper tacos were hot crunchy with fresh vegetables inside with a nice spicy sauce. The Cuban was authentic with crispy fries and all entrees were very good. Although full all at the table opted for dessert. Two ordered Key Lime pie one decided on peanut butter cheesecake and one the salted Carmel cheesecake. All were very tasty, a nice way to end a wonderful lunch. Nice setting by the marina, our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive without being intrusive. If you're in the area and hungry, check out Pirates Cove you won't be dissatisfied."
