"I've been here 4x. The food is very good, atmosphere is inviting. For the food I give them a 4 star. For their service, which is very, very slow I give them a 2 star. Each time I've come, my hopes are that they have faster service. Today, 5/21, I've waited literally 55 minutes for my sushi and all I have is 2 rolls. I had to request something else so that I could eat something. Really disappointed in their lack of attention to faster service. Please do better Update: Manager discounted for the wait....but the service must get better."

"Tora you are so kind to my wife and I. You have impeccable service, your food is exquisite and I love that you customize your sushi rolls, entrees or stone pots. My go to for the Sushi is Island Roll, Ohio Roll, Humphrey, Yellowtail and Eel Roll. For if you want a lot of food and a delicious dinner and perhaps some for later I recommend any of the Stone Pots. I highly recommend the Tora and I believe the Tarranto White Sauce, add a fried egg on top to your meat either: chicken, bulgogi beef, steak or just the rice and veggies with Teriyaki sauce. Side note it is hot and does take longer but it is cooked in a stone pot with as the rice is cooking the flavor really starts to caramelize the rice. We go here frequently and love it. Never a bad meal yet. If you want something unique then I recommend having Peter or the Sushi Chef's prepare a custom sushi roll."

"Really loved eating, but I found the Cashew chicken a little Bland (many cashews though! . It is probably just the nature of the Cashew chicken. My husband loved the Hunan chicken. I ordered our food for the trip. When I arrived, I was the only one in the line and the host was not very friendly. The food portions are large and the price is good for what you get. Overall, I would recommend Joy Food One and come back."

"What an awful experience. My parents and I went to celebrate my birthday. We had horrible service. I don’t know if our waiter was new, bad, or just poorly trained but I will never go back to this restaurant because of the awful service we got. We ordered shrimp cocktail to start, as well as some salads. My parents’ salads can out first. Mine didn’t come out until they were half way finished with theirs and our shrimp cocktail didn’t come out until they were done with their salads. Our entrees came out minutes after the shrimp cocktail. Our reservation was at 6:15 but our entrees didn’t even get to the table until 7:30! I know this because I sent a photo to my husband who couldn’t be with us. My mom ordered surf and turf with lobster tail. The waiter brought her a butter warmer but didn’t light it until her entree was served. She had to eat her lobster with cold butter because it had not had enough time to get hot. She also ordered a side of roasted corn which didn’t get delivered to the table. We had to ask another waiter to get it because ours was nowhere to be seen. It finally arrived after she was done with her meal. Our waiter even apologized for dropping the ball with the corn and for not providing good service but then co tinted to provide poor service. Our plates were not cleared in a timely manner. We asked for desserts to go because we just wanted to get out of there, but it took the waiter another twenty minutes to bring them. My water glass was empty for half of my meal. The food was cooked well but all we could think about was the awful service. You’d think with prices like that the service would be top notch. There was a jazz pianist and vocalist there right by our table. It was too loud and distracting! We came for a nice dinner, not to be entertained. We were very disappointed in the entire experience and will not go back."

"Some friends and I went into this location on a Sunday night after a movie and were greatly hosted by some amazing staff, including Erika, Chutney, and Devon. They were very accommodating and hospitable and kind to us all! The food is absolutely amazing, fresh, and well presented!"

"We were impressed by everything we tried. Stopped in before a show and had a fantastic experience. It gets super busy so stop in before the rush if you can. Order at the cashier and swing back to pick up your food. We had the General Tso, sushi anddumplings. It was all delicious. The crab rangoon tasted fresh. Highly recommend."
