"My sister and I attempted to eat at Rice Box this afternoon. I?ve eaten here multiple times (take out) and never had any issues and the employees were always so nice. We walked in and we?re ignored by two different employees. There was not a sign saying to wait to be seated or to seat yourself, so I asked the employee behind the bar if we needed to seat ourselves. I honestly didn?t know because I?ve always gotten take out. The employee replied ?you might as well? and rolled his eyes. I made sure I heard him correctly and he said it again. We should have left then, but we seated ourselves. We sat down and waited for menus. No one came to our table, but two other guests came in and were immediately greeted and sat by the same employee. At this point, we left and I will not be back. I understand the weight of a bad review and would normally never leave a negative review, but I was shocked by how blatantly rude the employee was for no reason. *I waited tables for several years and I would have never treated guests like this nor would the businesses I worked for have allowed this*"

"Loved the whole experience. If you needed something just ask. They are more than willing to help you with anything you need. Kid-friendly. I recommend everyone to go here if you like Chinese food, Cleal environment, fresh hot food. And they keep up with the buffet very well an keep it well stocked. Lots of seating too. I just can't wait to go back again."
