"Over abundance of tempura coating on vegetables and proteins for appetizers and sushi seaweed salad was good, yet a challenge to eat and find all of the seaweed with the abundance of lettuce and shaved carrot red ginger has preservatives and is cheaper than white ginger most restaurants we 've been to serve white ginger whereas Niko Sushi served red ginger sushi offerings were good, yet not nearly as tasty as other restaurants that we 've been to not as fresh, tempura hid the 'real ' flavour of our food our waitress did not seem to be interested in waiting on us, her responses were abrupt food was served quite quickly which makes us believe that the food was not as fresh as we 've had at other places it did not taste as fresh as well Overall, this is a good sushi place our fourth place sushi restaurant was just awful being our third choice means that it was good, yet not our favourite"
