"Had dinner and Leah, our waitress, made our visit so comfortable with great service and casual conversation. Shrimp in garlic sauce was very good and I had a grilled sea bass which was very tasteful and my wife had a fish stew which she enjoyed....A nice white wine finished off a nice evening! "Despite coming from a sea place this was by far the best seafood experience I ever had. The dishes with “mariscos” were incredible, especially the açorda, but also the starters were top quality. The owners are great experts and I totally recommend following their suggestions. I will be back even if it required stretching my itinierary by a hundred km or so."

"We were going to our usual seafood restaurant and it was closed. We decided to take a risk and try Marisqueira Furnas. The staff was friendly and attentive to detail, the food was exceptionally delicious, we order just the right amount of food and everything...was absolutely perfect and so so tasty. Definitely recommend."
