"Go here for traditional Cantonese/Hong Kong style cuisine. They do clear broth noodle dishes pretty well. The interior of the restaurant is plain. The food is pretty good though."

"Delicious bouncing Dim Sim, got my favorite shirt feet and it was delicious. In addition, the Cheong fan tried wrapped dough with shrimp inside, absolutely delicious! We were so full and could not order dessert, though the egg cake and mango pancakes looked delicious. Would definitely go again."

"Waitor served us the normal menu at first. But knowing that we got Scoopon coupon, they changed another menu and the price is much more expensive. The dish on the menu as a set costs $19.80. However, they said it's not dinner set if you use Scoopon (normal menu shows $16.80 only with 1 dish of your choice, a bowl of rice and soup). That means, you have to pay $3.00 more but without rice and soup!!<br>

It's just cheating customers with pre-paid coupons bought from discounted websites. 2 sets of menu, one normal price, one overpriced.<br>

"It's hard to get excited about Chinese food in Hurstville because of the abundance of ho-hum eateries, but Chefs Gallery is definitely an exception. The food is always fresh, and the added bonus of watching the chefs at work through the open kitchen is a welcome one.Come here for the dumplings especially as they are always superb, while their modern interpretations of classics such as the duck fried rice are excellent."

"We ordered last night in this restaurant the deep roasted lamb ribs with many others dressed for dinner. the pictures of the dishes on the menu look fantastic, especially the lamb, but it turned out that the lamb rib shell was completely a fat plate. we can hardly see a little lean meat. I complained to the waiter, and he said that they were already 80% fat and this is the court as it is. also other dishes are very common. I don't think I'm going back to this restaurant and I won't suggest anyone."
