"Came here with workmates and tasted every appetizer on the menu. Creamy crab and garnelen dive the crispy shell crab were very good, resting rim. for the net I suggest the braised beef belly as it was excellent. southern style fried chicken was. poor"

Parking was difficult. It was a Saturday and considering that the place is located in MOA it's to be expected, we just didn't expect it to be that difficult, unless you are willing to park 2 far blocks away, and walk to the resto, which we all did.<br>

Undertrained Staff. The staff working the floor were busy converging in the cashier area gossiping and laughing at whatever they were talking about. I think they may have thought that, with the collective noise generated from all the diners, they will not be noticeable, unfortunately our table was just right next to the said area that the oldies found it irritating and grating on their nerves. It would have been fine if they were aware of the diners' needs, like in our case, (we needed 2 extra placings and tissues) but they were quite happily just ignored us. It was the busboy who was informed of our needs and got someone to act on it. The lady who was assigned in our area even got her head counts wrong, this was before the 2 extra visitors came. She insisted that we had 1 more head. My very young nephew said to her in a childish reasoning : " Miss you can always count the chairs to get your numbers right." Thankfully she saw her error, otherwise we would have called her manager.<br>

They were supposed to sing happy birthday to my mother, they did eventually, but they freaked my mother out when these 6 staff were just standing around her for a good 5 minutes, before they finally started to tentatively sing (until they all joined in). It was almost painfully embarrassing, not to mention that it robbed my mother off the "surprise effect."<br>

Utensils were not clean. Sanitation or hygiene is second nature to this kind of business. The fork prongs had this brownish hard stuff in between, the plates have excess water pooling at the center of each piled plates as we all went through the stack of plates. It was as if the plates came straight from the sink, and not bothered to be wiped dry or to drip, to think that we were the first batch of diners of the night. <br>

The food choices were limited and not an all Filipino. In fact the dishes I liked that night were more part of a Chinese cuisine - the broccoli with seafood and egg white, spicy spareribs and the stuffed tofu. The rest were ok. <br>

La Fiesta has mini cultural show and also has a singer to entertain the diners. I'm not sure if this is a nightly act, but we went on a Saturday and the show was there :)i"

"I checked the place for their lechon pork belly which I saw on Zomato which showed cloves of garlic. Malinamnam nman kaso parang kulang pa sa taste and meat, although crispy and balat. I didn't like their Kasi Medyo Matamis Sauce and Walang Garlic Cloves and Na-Serve Samin. I had to ask, just to find out na wala raw Sila Nun, long garlic bits. So I was a little disappointed even though they serve generous servings of Naman. Cheffy cheesecake is satisfactory, however. No complaints about that."

"I went here once because I was curious and because I love surf and turf. To say that I was disappointed would be an understatement. The food taste like it is straight out of a pack. The seafood taste like frozen nuggets. The shirmp taste like it had freeze burns. All in all a total disappointment. So not worth the price I paid."

"It was just the calamares and crispy pata that stands out for me.. Just had a few drinks here and the service is kinda slow especially at night. They also have to maintain the cleanliness of their restroom (1 for men and 1 for women..causing long lines) at all times.."
