Modern Shanghai for me is just an upscale Chinese restaurant. The service is great as the servers were very attentive but for the food... it was just normal; nothing special about it. "Came here during our vacation in the philippines it was mesmerizing. The food is absolutely delicious, all of them are cooked fresh (some even on the spot). I love all the options and how vast the varieties are. I could stay here for hours... And the halo halo bar!! OMG THE BEST! I loved the make your own gulaman part too. this was definitely the place to be. Staff and service in the philippines is one of a kind, so can never complain about that! It's also located in the beautiful Hyatt Hotel at City of Dreams in Manila."
