"Good restaurants have long left the area and with very few exceptions, the remaining places in the naturist village are more or less the same - that is average at best. Among those exceptions, the « Ecaille d’argent » probably remains the best bet. It is basically a fresh fish shop that will cook your selected fish/shrimps etc on the spot and serve it with some vegetables and aioli. There is a large choice, the fish is extra fresh and excellent, well-cooked and the service is very nice (if a bit hectic in the evening when the place is full). You can order to go as well.The restaurant is toward the camp entry, so a bit protected from the perambulating crowds. We’ve pretty much tested all restaurants around and this one is quite easily the best. You’re allowed to disagree if you’re a meat eater though, as this kind of product is unknown around!"

"Fantastic seafood! friendly staff! really nothing to complain, but when we just returned from Spain, they have to adapt to the French prices. I mean, in Spain we never have a bill for 80 euro for a three-course dinner for. two, including a bottle of wine."

"Expectations were high after reading reviews along with comments from my group who had dined here before. I was not disappointed !! The buffet was predominantly fish and sea food, a little salad, meat and cheese though. All items were fresh, well prepared and elegantly...presented. Savour everything you eat as each dish us a delight ! Plenty of choice for a least 3 platefuls more if you can manage it !! All trays were replenished if they became empty, including the oysters. A choice of desserts are available at an additional price. Overall we enjoyed a 2 hour Sunday lunch recommend booking as it is very popular and rightly so !"

"La Jetée is situated in the corner of a marina with very pleasant views over the the yachts. Out of season you can still find very good fish menus here at reasonable prices and the oysters and mussels are fine together with other shellfish. However,...shrimps, prawns and langoustine (Norway lobster) should be avoided as there is obviously not the in-season turnover and therefore they will be defrosted. The service is efficient and the personnel very pleasant. The floor space is huge so outside summer months reserving is not necessary."
