"Panda Express 's are notorious for communication problems, young, inefficient workers, and orders piling up as the line moves along. Workers are still wearing masks a year and half after vaccines available to the public, and naturally this makes communication difficult. No manager assistance at front of the house, even when the store is very busy. At the ordering counter, things get awkward if you are ordering anything other than a single plate , which incidentally consists of prototypical unsturdy, cheap white styrofoam container that doesn 't close all the way. Then cashier has to look inside before ringing you up, despite the first person writing on it. They intentionally don 't ask if you need soy/chili sauce. And I shouldn 't have to repeat myself several times when I 'm speaking clearly or leave with my order not packaged well. Plus, sauce on my entree was cloyingly sweet."
