"The staff today was rude at 7:26pm I went and they litterally screamed at me and laughed at me through the drive thru. I wont be coming back it was the worst customer service ever and I should have drove off instead of paying. Litterally go anywhere else but here."

"First and last time ordering. Decided to use the b1g1 that i got in the mail. Boy big mistake. The fortune cookies were stale. The egg rolls and cheese Rangoon were okay. The noodles was awful and both of my bowls came with it. The rice was super sticky and overcooked. And one shrimp dish was supposed to be spicy and it was not. Waste of money that i cannot get back. Definitely won't be back. 0 out of 10 would not recommend"

"Food is normally good same with service. However this visit was horrible. Ordered family meal and there was enough of the entrees out to fulfill my order. Except they made may wait for the next batch of both. Which they did with the 9 people sitting waiting for their orders too. 15 minutes later I get my food including egg rolls which were ICE COLD! SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

"Stopped for a quick lunch while traveling. The service was excellent. Employee took my order nearly immediately. Upon paying the (manager) went above and beyond and grabbed a cold Powerade from a back refrigerator. Honestly improved and made my day by exceeding expectations. Thank You team for your generosity. "The Panda Express on Capitol Circle in Tallahassee FL. Is straight trash. They have regularly failed to even complete my order multiple times. The most recent being they could not print out my order from door dash and therefore not process it... Like I said has happened multiple times. I don't know who keeps Panda Express and their employees in check but y'all got some bad ones at the Capitol Circle in Tallahassee. No clue how your business even functions."

"Rude and disrespectful. They locked the door as my family and I were walking up 1 hour before closing and screamed at us to go to the drive thru. Of course, we did not!
