"I'm ashamed to admit that, even though I'm a naive Tulsan, I had not visited Brownie's until recently. It has an old school diner/burger joint feel. I ordered the classic double, fries, and, of course, a frozen mug of root beer. The burger is simple, but satisfying. The fry basket was quite large and the fries are good. If you come here, though, you are probably here for the root beer. The servers walk around with pitchers of the delicious drink, so if you're not careful, you'll enjoy enough to regret it later! It's sweet, light aftertaste, refreshing. I highly recommend giving this place a try."

"2nd time at this place (different states), but opinions still the same. Not again. The place feels dirty as did the last place. Workers look miserable and service is that slow. Chairs are uncomfortable and since they do a rotation seating, by server you get stuck with their table no booth (as requested) though those were empty. Food was nothing over the top, but expected for a large franchise. BTW get into this century and have staff place orders with mobile device. I watched as 3 severs stood around the monitor to place the orders"

"Try to order food while waiting and watch staff and management talks and play on their phones, but obviously even the manager was too busy on his phone 3 ft away from me, even taking my order. Just because you check yourself does not mean that you have no job to do, which in this case will take care of your customers with good customer service. I have set 2 stars because the chefs usually prepare the food well."
