"I'm not sure if they were understaffed, but service was very slow. It took 20 minutes to get our sangria. Our server suggested some bread while we waited for our paella,which would take 30 minutes, but the bread came a minute before the paella. We knew the restaurant was pricey but didnt expect the portions to be so small. Our paella for two had 2 prawns, maybe 6 mussels, and a few pieces of seafood. The rice was stuck to the skillet it was served in. After $200 we left hungry. The open air dining area, under a big tent, is in an unfortunate location, in the middle of a u-turn for traffic coming off the street. It all made for a not-so-pleasant dining experience. On the plus-side the hostesses were very charming and pleasant."

"Outstanding I arranged for 35 family members (including children) to enjoy a meal here for my husband's 40th birthday. From start to finish the team at Opera Grill were fantastic. On the day, we had so many people attending to our table, the food was fantastic, drinks were flowing, service was impeccable. Even the staff who weren't directly involved with our party were outstanding. It's a shame we live so far away as we would make this a regular venue for large gatherings. Really cannot fault the whole experience."

"I purchased tickets for the Easter brunch. It was very awkward ordering because the waitress had no idea how it worked and didn’t explain anything to us. The listing claimed it was a brunch buffet, and that was not the case. I had my two young children with me and paid for the three of us and definitely didn’t feel like we got near that in value. The steak i ordered was absolutely terrible. It had so much fat tissue I couldn’t cut through it and it had no flavor. Over all it was a disappointing experience and i will not be back or recommend to anyone. I was embarrassed to complain because i was seated with new friends and didn’t want to spoil anyone else’s experience"
