"I've been going to this place for over 25 years, even if the previous owner rick sawyer owned it. I thought today was a fast lunch and ordered a cheeseburger medium, grilled with a piece of wobble. when I received him, the burger was well done and the grilled was black. When I started eating it, it was burned and burned and I couldn't bite it. this place used to have one of the best burgers in madison. so sad that this happened to the new owners."

"I like Tony boys it’s solid reliable and creative. I ordered lunch from there today went back for dinner and I guess I learned my lesson not to go at night! Ordered a Oreo milkshake via online. Went to pick milkshake up and they didn’t have Oreos no problem I get it. After one sip the milkshake was just like watery cream. Very disappointed in the lack of effort put into the milkshake. Guess I will just be eating lunch here for now on!"

"Usually great. Not today.I ordered a coffee, among other things, and they never brought it out to the curb side.Like 20min went by so I ordered another one. Got that one but they didn’t bring anything to stir the coffee with. Also, usually they put the sweeteners in.I’m moving so I didn’t have any spoons or utensils.I went in and they offer a refund or something else for the first coffee I never got. So that problem was resolved.Once I left and was on the road, I’m about to eat my chicken sandwich, which I ordered with double pickles, and it didn’t have any.I left 4 stars cause they resolved the first problem and I’m sure they’d have resolved the other one."

"I love her Bialys and her bagels. The taste of the bagels calls memories of the NYC Bagels...but he does not import the water. And I LOVE they're delivering. They are my goal for family meetings, and especially Sunday brunch. Whitefish salad, Lax, Black and White cookies... and even Dr. Brown Sodas. Makes an East Coaster, transplanted to Wisconsin, a little less homesick"

"What could have been a really awful experience was absolutely saved and turned around by the manager on duty on Saturday night (12/30/23 , Austin, I believe his name is? We placed an order for curbside pick up. We had our food brought to car and drove home. We realized (once home we received someone else’s order (our fault for not double checking before driving off . We called store and said we had wrong food and would be coming back for correct food. Once there, we called to say we were in parking lot. The manager, Austin personally came out to deliver our correct order and apologize. This is where *many* establishments would have left the situation. Austin, however, not only profusely apologized for the mix-up AND the inconvenience of having to drive all the way back, (another important thing other places have failed to acknowledge in similar situations , he gave us an additional $25 gift card (so that we could try them again and see that this was the exception, not the rule, in what we can expect with them and then said he’d also like to give us some free desserts. He proceeded to list all of our choices and when we made our selection he went in and ordered 2 to be made fresh and then brought them back out to our car. What an absolutely amazing example of customer service! Never once did he try and shift the blame on us (i.e. “you should have checked bag before you drove off” , he didn’t ask for wrong order back (so that means they also made other customers food fresh for them and couldn’t have been nicer! As someone who has an extensive background in customer service I fully admit I critique places more intensely than the average customer, which makes our experience with West Side Olive Garden that much more remarkable! Well done, Austin and team! Way to turn a bummer situation completely around! We will definitely, definitely be back!"

"Still doing the outside pandemic car service. No matter. They are very friendly and efficient workers and I appreciate all they do. Hit the drive thru instead of a jaunt inside, paid and received my food in under 5 min. Now that 's quick service!! Order was correct, handed to me with a smile, food was hot and I was on my way!!"

"It was a cold and snowy evening. I found this place on Yelp and came by for dinner after a long work day. It was quiet on a Tuesday evening. There was only 2 other customer at the time. I ordered bibimbap in a stone bowl. The food was good and authentic. There were also 2 side dishes, also decent. They didn?t charge me for the green tea ????"
