"We called to say we were delayed by 10 minutes and when we arrived they put us in a back room with children and their parents. Felt like we were at a pizzeria, when in fact it is a very nice restaurant. Two nice rooms had open tables (and most of the same tables were still empty when we left an hour and a half later. It was New Year’s Eve and we were very nicely dressed to attend a party after and it seemed like we were being punished for being late. Otherwise, the waiters were attentive and professional. And the food was excellent,"

"I was sick, so I delivered soup to my place. I ordered egg drops soup and seafood hot and sour soup. I ordered it at 10:30 for an 11:45. They open at 11:00. I didn't get it until 12:30. I would have picked it up if I wasn't sick. They're a mile away, so maybe it was faster. The soups were delicious. They were still warm when they arrived, and I only had to reheat them for about 30 seconds. I thought the seafood was hot and sour soup was spicier. I added a small hit sauce, but the taste was great and the shrimps were big. I ate in Hunan, but I took the food."

"I ordered falafel sandwich to go. It came disassembled. Bread wasn't fresh, falafel was over fried to the core and looked more like charcoal rather than food. I had to trash the plate. French fries was below average and the white sauce that came with it was spoiled and smelled horrible. Do not recommend."

"Really nice dinner. Friendly staff, not very busy for a Friday night. Our viet egg rolls were really delicious and packed in rice paper and fried gluten-free munchies. Diving sauce was more complex than usual, but there was no cucumber or carrot to wrap. Salad shells were crispy from salad and fried noodles. Be careful not to overdo the Hoisin. Entrée was a spicy Mekong fish, although after the bold flavors of the appetizers of the fish tasted a little flat until you got some basil in the bite. For me the fish was a little too 'fish' and it was not sharp. Since it and my mouth cooled, I could taste more of the subtle flavors. Overall a very delicious, inexpensive dinner."

"I made a reservation through Open Table with my credit card. I kept getting updates on my reservation and even a text message to confirm my arrival. When I arrived with my family ready to celebrate my mothers birthday, the establishment has a FOR LEASE sign on the door. Very unprofessional and disappointed with this."

"First time visiting the House of blue. I went with my family to see the “ Hombre G “ concert and I was very please with the organization and the place itself. The employees were very helpful all the time. The place was full but was not overwhelming. I love the experience."
