"I ordered two beef burritos for lunch. Unfortunately they were wrapped very sloppily, which made them nearly impossible to eat in the car. They were pretty warm when I got them but not hot. I got some other spicy hot sauce, but it was very different and not really good. Kind of disappointing, but I will try it again"

"No sign that the dining room is closed. but there's a big sign that says it's open. as far as I know, it's closed for one. it says a lot about how much they have for the customer and how much work ethic they have no sign at the door. you're really turning around the power of delivery."

"Worst Taco Bell in the city. The service is glacially slow and the employees they hire seem to be on the intelligence level of neanderthals (with apologies to neanderthals). Every time I go there - and I mean every. single. time. - its at least a 10-minute wait in the drive-through, despite my order being as simple as can be and being the only car in the drive-through. The only reason I return here is for simple convenience and even that is becoming less important to me considering the enormous amount of time I waste at this poorly-run establishment."

"Fast food? no, slow food! this is the slowest way to get in town. are ready to sit for 25 minutes for their taco. they turn off their motor, and if they don't have the time, there's no way to get out. check their watch before they enter the viehstall now on the top of the page when they get their food, it is very good! that is not the taco bell of our youth. they've been up with taste."

"I 've had 2 bad kiosk experiences in my last 2 Taco Bell visits. The first time, I walked out. This time, I toughed it out and spent a lot of extra time clicking through needless menus. What I wanted was a #3 combo, but had to wade through maybe 8 or 9 needless screens before I could place the order. This was NOT a time saver.Among the needless kiosk menu items were choice and number of sauces, which I had to grab anyway, and my choice of drink, which I also had to fill myself. There were a few more menus with options I didn 't need, I assume trying to upsell me. That 's fine, but give me the option to choose those menus, not make me read them to see if there 's something pertinent to my order (which there wasn 't in every case. Placing/paying for the order apparently required an additional screen, too.Next, there was no option for a printed receipt. Only email or text and Taco Bell does not need my personal info or not receipt at all. Since I paid with a card (there was no cash option I wanted a receipt. So now I have to get someone at the counter who doesn 't want to deal with customers (per the 'order at kiosk ' sign at the counter. He was unable to provide a printed receipt. He couldn 't find my order at all. I pointed out that had I been able to order at the counter in the first place, it would have saved both of us a lot of time.I estimate that my 4 5 minutes of kiosk and receipt request time would have been accomplished in about 30 seconds at the counter. Is 4 or 5 minutes for one customer a long time? Ask a district manager who 's concerned about efficiency! I also had to ask for my drink cup after the bag was placed on the counter. Not a big deal, but not a result of streamlining.I love the food, but I will not tolerate spending extra time to get it. Making it faster for the customer is a great idea, except the kiosks do NOT accomplish that, and today it took up a few minutes of the employee 's time as well. Again, this should have been a 30 second MAX transaction. Next time I go to a Taco Bell with kiosk only ordering, I will walk out. It probably won 't be long before I stop walking in."

"I almost fell into a I'll never eat TB ever again. For the 1st time I was really upset due to the fact it was 35 bucks for 2 of us, and that's ok... Our chalupas were ok, the soft tacos with our meals were ok. We ordered 6 chicken and cheese burritos. They tasted like dog or cat they were not hot, 1strip of chicken on a cold tortilla. They also put us together on the price we spent on the chicken tacos. I was discussed with the lady working the drive threw window as well. I have not changed the way I feel about Taco Bell. Your my favorite place to eat, I just wanted to bring it to your attention that, your store needs some changes. Thank you."

"MEXICAN PIZZAS ARE BACK They now have a VEGGIE version, which the only difference is no meat, but that’s how I always ordered it. I took off one star because I got home and the Mexican pizza had meat on it but I went back and they fixed it right away. The one photo is with meat. The other is the Veggie."
