"A nondescript door and an unimpressive stairwell lead you up to a surprisingly swanky room with a sushi counter. The $145 prix fixe menu gave a lot of nigiris, a lot more than I expected and I felt very full by the end, I think we were served about 15-20 pieces. It was very high quality and each one was unique and delicious. I highly recommend this!Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair access, stairs need to be climbed."

"Ok, let me start by saying the food here is amazing. I've been twice, and both times I got the Special Keisen Don and I was really impressed by the selection of fish and seafood. Everything was so fresh and included yummy specialty items such as hotate, ikura, nishin, fatty tuna, etc. The food is so good that I believe this place deserves better service. The second time I went, there was only one front of house staff who briefly greeted, served us, and seemed to also be preparing the food as well as bussing tables. We ordered our food from a QR code on the table, and it was a bit confusing because all of the orders from the table are combined together on one check. I believe there should be an option for separate checks. It's nice to have the option to order though QR, but honestly nothing really beats old fashioned good service, and this place could really blow up if the service was as good as the food is. I'll be returning for the the food though as long as the quality remains consistent."

"When I first walked in, I thought the interior was pretty cute. We sat down at the bar and ordered via QR code, where you could order from any 1 of the 4 categories (or sub-restaurants ? that serve food here. I also had to pay at the time of ordering. I chose Yue Club (of the 4 different categories because I had a hankering for dim sum. Since this was just for myself, I got just one Hong Kong Har Gow and one Siu Mai. The portions were large, but I just didn 't enjoy eating it. I think it just lacked flavor and having so much of it kind of made it worse. Also, the Siu Mai came with shrimp on top, which is interesting, but also redundant in my situation since I already got the Har Gow. The mediocre dim sum, combined with the above average use of single-use plastic, leaves me less likely to come back in the future. Hope it gets better in the future! ECO NOTES (Dine-In Dine-In Dishware: Reusable plate Napkins: Single-use disposable paper napkins (in a plastic packet Utensils: Single-use plastic (in the aforementioned packet Water cups: Single-use plastic The upside is that this was self-serve, so if you bring your own utensils, it 's easy to use those instead."

"Wow! This restaurant continues to be the best Chinese food in Alameda. No joke! It's a wonderful experience! The sauces are exceptional, the spiced meals are scrumptious! I usually get garlic chicken or shrimp! I love the lunch specials! They serve hot and fresh! Whether you eat in, order over the phone, or take out, you WILL NOT be dissatisfied!!! I recommend eating at the outside tables, if you bring a dog. Dogs not welcome in the interior of the restaurant!"
