"So, perhaps unnecessary disclaimer that I was a bit flu'ey when I had this combination beef noodle soup and pork trotters but holy hell this was the perfect, and I mean *perfect*, meal for what ails you.

Everything was rich and decadent and just felt like the chef himself was giving you a big warm sweaty hug (strong imagery but this bowl of soup did induce the eat sweats). This if anything is the Chinese version of soul food, and I will definitely be back for more."

"We were craving Korean Fried Chicken so our friends suggested this place!

We were super hungry so between the 4 of us we got 2 whole chickens & 2 bibimbap. The serving sizes here are pretty generous.

Loved it all! The sauced chicken was delicious, but the plain chicken definitely wins! Soy sauce was nice and sweet & spicy was on the sweeter side too.

Will definitely be back!"

"My wife and I regularly eat at Tims. Its not silver service but we're not after that. The food is delicious and just what we are after. The service is quick but not in your face. Asian food with spice and plenty of flavour and that's what we get each time. Generous helpings and very good value for money. Favourites are the Laksa, Soft Shell Crab and Tofu. We love it."

"Cheap, cheap, cheap! Come on when you want a cheap snack / food. Buns are $ 1.50 each, so you can be under $ 5 to be comfortable or for less than 10. Grief They are not incredible, but I do not mind until I had the price. Pork rolls were apparently pretty thereafter, had onions without ginger and too much soy sauce. They were cold, but it was near close my vegetarian buns were still warm! And they were in a cute leaf shape. Tasted good and had a variety of vegetables there. But the one who comes here is definitely the pumpkin and tofu buns. These were very nice and slightly sweet.
Grief I enjoyed the black sesame bun very well, but like all rolls (and probably an important reason why they are so cheap) the filling was very minimal and most of it was the bun itself. There is no seating You can sit on one of the tables in front of the center, or just take it home to eat it."

"Situated in eastwoods taiwanese night markets, this street food stand is famous for their lamb skewers, and boy did they not disappoint. Came on a scoopon voucher that had me 6 lamb skewers with no chilli ($8), 2 small tortilla wraps, a dip and a soft drink. The wait took a while but no matter, they were fresh and hot! Happy to try again."

"As a Korean, I find that Korean fried chicken can be very very boring and bland sometimes as your typical KFC joint only really specialises on two variations which are either the spicy marinated fried chicken or the original flavour.

Amazingly, Chicken V is quite different and this is probably the only KFC joint in Sydney that serves a huge array of flavours. Product differentiation at its best ????????

I was honoured to try the $36 sampler plate which came with nine different flavours. The flavours were: honey butter, spicy, extra spicy, snow flower (cheesy powder?), soy, scallion, onion, curry, and original.

Every flavour was quite good and oh boy, look how beautiful the presentation was... food art ????????

I enjoyed this fried chicken with some Asahi and Cass. To be hones, I recommend you go with the cass as its a more suitable option for the chicken. The crispiness and chilly flavor couples with the Korean fried chicken.

This place ask gives you complementary radish pickles as standard, but they also have jalapeño pickles! Super cool ????????????????"

"The sizzlers they offer are amazingly mouthwatering and the beef bone soup in soy sauce is one of their signature dishes easy to fill satisfy a hungry stomach. The other dish I've tried is the sizzling chicken in spicy sauce which is equally filling and all of these are worthy of the price you pay."

"I very much doubt anyone lives in Eastwood or nearby hasn't got takeaway BBQ duck or pork from this place at one point. I never dined in but tried BBQ series a couple of times after my usual shop around corner turned into a clay pot restaurant. It was your typical cantonese style BBQ where you could see the meats hung from large hooks at the window. I am not adventurous enough to try the duck tongue or intestines. My usual takeaway boxes contained either BBQ pork glazed in sauce or a quarter of BBQ duck with plum sacuce. They weren't too bad for around $10-$15!

thernbdiary.com"
