"Love the terrace bar atmosphere especially when playing a band. Intimate and informative with the bands and a bar nearby. Not the biggest fan of her food. Not that it's bad, but I think that those go more for quantity this quality. Of course it is not worth kidnapping a star. Always busy getting there so early, but plan to stay too late. Good times."

"Wow! Visiting from out of town stopped in to grab a bite. We had the #1 special the hot corned beef sandwich on toasted bread with a coleslaw topping. The sandwich was excellent, the portion was generous and the staff was very friendly. We highly recommend a visit to Stateside if your in the downtown Birmingham area! I know we?ll by back on our next visit!"

"We've been eating here most every Thursday night for 10 plus years. The service is great, the prices are reasonable and the food is really good. Thursday they have fajita, margarita and beer specials. They have great frijoles negra(black beans) as well."
