"Excellent. Everything was right here. We like to eat well. As good as here, we haven't eaten anywhere. The Michelin star is definitely deserved. We had a three-course menu through the small things from the kitchen it has summarized up to eight experiences. It was also really great that the waitress explained every food and could answer all requests, we had the feeling to be with professionals. Thanks for the nice evening!"

"Not our first vegan tasting menu but certainly a cut above. We enjoyed the chefs menu, and in particular loved the variety and complexity of flavour and texture in each course, from the “egg salad” on a tiny toast as an amuse bouche, to the...pear crumble for desert. We felt the meal was nicely paced, service was friendly and efficient, and we enjoyed beer with our food rather than wine (just love the German wheat beers should be a pairing option A very good meal and totally deserving of the comments from Michelin."

"You feel at home right away. I love Saumagen since I lived in Speyer and had really appetite. So found Google search and this great store. The website convinced me. So reserved a table. A rustic ambience and great staff. There are good wine advice from the waiter, but there is also a sommelier available. The food, I had of course Saumagen, was inspired by classical cuisine, but also the modern Cucina pointed out, which made the dish very interesting. My partner had vegetarian Königsberger Klopse. Very interesting and tasteful super. So we'll see each other soon. I'm looking forward to the time you can sit outside."

"I really want to love this place, but all the vegan icecream I tasted fell just a little flat for me. I'm not much into sorbets/fruit icecream, so I only tasted some of the vegan milk flavors one with cinnamon which I really didn't like (way too strong cinnamon flavor), and one with chocolate, but it tasted more of cocoa powder than real chocolate. And it all just tasted a little watery and wasn't as creamy as I prefer my icecream to be. But they get an extravstar because of all their vegan toppings (even gummi bears! and caramelized nuts) and because they have vegan whipped cream and can make vegan milkshakes, vegan hot chocolate sauce and vegan banana splits. When I asked if they had wifi, they told me no, but I could see their name in my phones list of wifi-sources in the area. I don't know why they wouldn't give me the password...?"
