"Located at the Zona Rosa, Italianni's is a respite from eating all the Mexican food. The food is what we have in the US and the service is adequate. I enjoyed their breakfast which was better and cheaper than the one they had at the hotel. Check it out!"

"The pastas in la locanda are among the best anywhere! we had only the most delicious meal here. the homemade pastas are fabulous. we have the tintenpasta and the porcini pasta patterned. both perfectly cooked. beside some appetizers and one. guayabana sorbet zum dessert was the meal unforgettable. let them deceive the location on a quiet side street in condesa. this place is incredible."

"I'm surprised to see reviews complaining of sub standard service, because our experience here was just the opposite. The wait staff were attentive but not hovering, and were pleased to answer questions about the menu. Both main dishes and appetizers were creative and well seasoned, and the...cocktails were imaginative and delicious. I tried a gin and tonic with a herbal ingredient (can't remember the name) that first tasted odd but that grew on me a few sips later. I think it was that ingredient that made the drink turn pink when the tonic water was added a gimmick, sure, but a fun one. We ordered from the a la carte menu, but the couple at the next table chose the tasting menu with wine pairings and said it was excellent, with especially generous pours. For us, good food and good service added up to plans for a return visit."

"We had lunch here on a Saturday afternoon. It was quiet but the staff were very attentive and helpful to us mostly-English language speakers. They did an excellent job of describing each dish after it was placed on the table. The manager also took the time to talk with us about Mexico City cuisine and also stated that their restaurant would be having a new menu soon with many exciting items. If you're looking for a place to eat in this wonderful MEX neighborhood, I highly recommend the food here."
