"This was one of our worst experiences eating there. When we sat there was only two or three other tables. There was only two of us and the other tables had more guest that were drinking more. I waited about 25 minutes for one drink. To top off the night we decided to get dessert. One scoop of chocolate ice cream and lemon sorbet. After 30 mins of waiting I asked the server about the dessert. When our other server came out I told her to cancel the dessert. We got the ice cream which was dropped from our waiter. He literally dropped it infront of us. I told him I don’t want it anymore and snatched it. I talked to Scott, the manger and he was beyond useless. His response was sorry I heard the kitchen got slammed. Didn’t seem like he cared at all. Later I talk to Debra who was awesome. I hope her manager sees this because she is the reason I would go back. She was the only person who cared about the experience we had."

"I have been here before and it was amazing and so of course I went back to celebrate a special occasion. A 45th anniversary. About 45 minutes in, it felt as though the air completely turned off. Several people were fanning themselves with either menus or napkins and when I finally asked the waiter, he responded shocked that I said it was quite warm. I’m not kidding when I say sweat was dripping down my back with how hot it got in there. It didn’t get any better after either. The steak was cooked perfectly but no flavor at all. The lobster also was the same. For a steak and lobster tail that was $125, I expected much more. I could have spent $50 at Outback and had better. Others in my party, who ordered the tomahawk steak and a whole lobster (along with various other sides) also said the same about their food. Waiter was amazing the first 30 minutes and afterwards, barely came around. Not sure if he was that bad or just got overwhelmed with the other tables. It was extremely LOUD in the restaurant. They definitely need to figure out a way to reduce the sound, and I’m in my mid 30’s lol so you can imagine how loud it had to have been to bother me. Someone in our party asked for a glass of wine and had to wait almost 45 minutes to get it. And then when we were leaving and asked for our food to be put in boxes, I had half a steak and half a lobster tail left along with a side. When my food was box up, only half of the steak was in there. When I asked about the remaining lobster tail inside, the waiter said “oh, I didn’t think that you wanted that so I tossed it”. What a bizarre assumption. They did make me a new lobster tail courtesy, but the slight attitude behind it was just very odd. Sadly, the overall experience at this restaurant was just pretty bad. I would not go back or recommend to other people. It’s really a shame because the restaurant is just absolutely gorgeous and used to be great."
