I have a kid with a dairy allergy and we can take the whole family here and they aren't stuck with one choice (like usually happens with dairy free/vegan offerings). We love their cooler pack deal. "Well appointed interior with comfortable cushioned seating. Great service; Haley was very thorough. Owner stopped, nice touch. Food A+. Chopped salad, Scallop appetizer. Bread with olive oil/balsamic drops. Osso-Bucco for me, nice filet for my wife. Tiramissou, Panna Cotta. Great wine. Keep in mind, a la carte. Its all worth it."

"The customer service by the employees was great. They were all so bubbly and helpful. Then the manager, Colleen, came out. She served my son and had the worst attitude with him and the teenage employees working around her. While we were eating, I witnessed her yell at an employee for a mistake they made. It was extremely unprofessional and I will not be visiting Graeter’s in Hamburg again."
