"After tasting a succulent entry with a lot of research, a good dish with simple products but a dessert far from being up to the rest, I wanted to repeat the experience in the new restaurant: bigger, more beautiful, and more user-friendly. I had read on the networks that the urban bistro recruited a patissier, which is why I wanted to rediscover this table in Montpellier. Result : an interesting entrance, a gourmet and fine dish, but very disappointed with dessert (nectarine non ripe, no link between the different elements present) A tribute to an amateur and passionate about pastry."

"We had a night in montpellier and decided to try this humble looking restaurant on a laune as it was opposite our hotel. eating was absolutely delicious. we ordered ravioli noodles with pork and garnel, tom yum suppe (the best I had outside Thailand.) thaigreen shin curry and a fabulous garnpad thai that consumed fresh and taste. the type that was in front of the house, leads the restaurant with his girlfriend that I believe and he told me they spent a year in Thai cooking and learning about Thai cuisine. they buy everything fresh on the market every morning and it shows. we live in france and it is a fight to find good Thai food especially in the south, but le bol d’Or certainly delivers on quality, presentation, service and value for money."
