"Regarding my experience today Oct 6th 2023, Friday, around 8 PM when I went to purchase ice cream, I'd like to share my thoughts on the service provided by the staff. This isn't the first time I've encountered a negative attitude from them. As I ordered 2 ice creams, they delayed charging me and served two other customers before me. To my surprise, they even charged the customer who arrived after me first, despite my clear intention to go first. This isn't the first instance of poor treatment I've received from them. On a previous occasion, when I asked to sample a flavor, they displayed a less-than-pleasant attitude. It's important to feel valued as a customer rather than as if you're inconveniencing the staff. I've decided not to return, as I see no need to tolerate such a discriminatory attitude."

"One of Perth's best spots for gelato. The 'gusto' flavoured ice cream is interesting particularly given its name is meaningless to those who know any Italian. Ignoring this humorous choice of name, most are very good and delivery is prompt."

"AMAZING... stumbled upon this little gem late at night. It was very quiet when we arrived but the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The service was attentive and prompt. The food was to die for each course was presented beautifully and came with an explanation from the host. This is modern Japanese done perfectly and the wine/beer/sake list matched it perfectly. A place you must visit if dining in the CBD..."

"Outstanding food and service, well presented and thoroughly explained the dish. The downfall I felt were the tables being so close together you could hear everybody's conversations. We were seated next to a couple who appeared to do nothing but complain about each course. The restaurant was quite cold inside. Would certainly recommend to friends and the flavour explosions were amazing."

"I have been coming here sporadically over the years and the service has not improved at all. The service is still very slow. I was there recently with a colleague for a weekday lunch. The place was not busy. But staff were inattentive and lacked initiative. It took a while for our orders to be taken. And food took a long time to arrive. After our main meal, we ordered desserts. The staff took the order and left. Empty plates not cleared from our table. Food is good and has always been good. But your staff should be properly trained."
