"Le repas était très bon bon du point de vue gustatif mais clairement en deçà au point de vue visuel. De plus, la proposition du chef fraises et sorbet de rhubarbe aurait dû s intituler fraises dans soupes à la vanille. Trop sucré...Dommage car le reste était clairement bon, très fin, même si du point de vue visuel des efforts sont nécessaires.A ce prix, il me semble que tout devrait être parfait."
