"I took the family here on a really busy Saturday, and was a little surprised to see that they were not doing a great trade, despite the heat. While the ice cream was typical Cold Rock standard, the staff were less than enthusiastic. We were...the only ones in the place, but we copped attitude because we spent a couple of minutes looking at the selection before stepping up to order. If Baskin Robbins opened a store next door this place would go under in a heartbeat. Get some new staff, Cold Rock."
