"We dined here when staying at Maison Mazille (which is a 10min walk away). The restaurant has an extensive outdoor seating area which was lovely. We opted for one of the set menus 3 courses for 35 euros and the food was wonderful. We went for the courgette panna cotta with tomatoes and marinated trout for our starters both were excellent. It was then onto chicken for our mains followed by milk chocolate done and creme brûlée for dessert. The restaurant has an extensive wine list and we really enjoyed a bottle of macon villages red. Service was very good from all the team with Celine, the owner overseeing everything to ensure it runs smoothly. The meal was excellent value for money with the bill coming to 125 euros (including service) and included a couple of coffees and water. Finally, in the car park, there is a vending machine dispensing a selection of dishes which we thought was a great idea for those who can't get to the restaurant or just want to enjoy some great cooking at home. A really lovely meal and we would love to return in the future."
