"I used to love Kneaders, but lately they have gone downhill. First of all I ordered a Double Fudge Brownie not a German Chocolate one. and second THAT IS NOT A $4 brownie, maybe a $2. its tiny. The last time I ordered a sandwich it came with a side salad with wilted old lettuce and open leaking dressing. The soda there is watered down before it even gets into the cup. Kneaders you used to be great but after a year of watered down sodas, disgusting lettuce, and tiny brownies I am done."

"I used to love this place but the building and more importantly the service has been in a constant state of decline. The carpet appears it could be declared a health Hazzard. Three strikes on their service as that's how many times they have screwed up my order. The last time I ordered a ham on white with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. Seems pretty simple. When I got home I discovered I had ham on white with Kneaders sauce and no lettuce, tomato or mayonnaise. Also I have attached a photo of the cinnamon roll. Half of it was air. Done with this place!"
