"That moment when your sitting in a cafe and you notice a glowing neon sign saying wood over! Then look over at the pizza boxes! And the penny drops! OH MY GOD YUM! The garlic bread was so good, not to strong not to light! And don't even start on the pizza! Ham and pineapple! Thin base! So light and crispy! BIG chunks of pineapple!! I'll be back!"

"I had headed to another restaurant for lunch, billed as one of the best vegetarian restaurants in Adelaide, and been disappointed in the offering, which included a lot of deep-fried food. Wandering along Gawler I happened across for Foods for Life and was there for at least two hours looking at everything for sale (what an amazing selection - bought great organic moisturiser with SPF) and having lunch: vegan burger and mushroom salad with lots of parsley and quinoa, plus good coffee. Will definitely visit again when in Adelaide."

"Lovely café to relax and enjoy a snack after viewing the museum exhibits. Staff friendly and welcoming. Cappuccinos and a large profiterole for both of us. Fresh, delicious and coffees nicely hot. Very nice offerings on the menu and we were tempted to return after...visiting the Art gallery. Indoor and al fresco but no one outside on the cold Sunday."
