"I was on travel to NSA and looked for a good restaurant. Saltine’s came up so I thought I would try it. I had oysters which had a unusual taste but I put there “vinegar/shallot/garlic “ on it and it was great. Tried them wit horseradish and hit sauce and stir great. I the had the swordfish. It was wonderful; tender on the inside but a little crispy on the outside. The way I love it! The banana cream pie Pudding was absolutely fantastic! I will return. Parking was hard and I had to walk in an area tag was a bit sketchy. No valet parking available. It was a bit noisy from the bar."

"It was morel season and we had the chicken with morel sauce. Delicious. Forester Soup was also very good, but the salad that others ordered looked pretty great. Next time! Our staff was competent, pleasant and attentive. Thank you so much!"

"I came first and the place seemed empty. I was told that the waiting period is 30 minutes or more. Things changed as soon as the rest showed up. It became a girl and a child and then waited a hole family. Options opened and we sat fast. I understand that they tried to shoot expectations and they did not try to be lazy or terrible for me. But if you look at a bunch of empty tables and say you can't sit, you feel unwilling. The strange thing is when we sat, all were sooo nice. They were all so great people. And very helpful. The experience was wonderful. I'm not saying, don't come here. I'm just saying it's like visiting an rude uncle. Once you get to know him, he's really nice."
