"From the moment we entered this beautiful establishment until we left, I couldn't be more satisfied. The menu is designed for those with an epicurious approach to Swiss cuisine and this did not disappoint. The kitchen is located in earshot and eyesight of the diner, so one feels as though they are constantly sitting at the chef's table and we took full advantage of this with the great feast we'd ordered. With Wildsaison just about closing, it was a great opportunity to see how this esteemed restaurant presents Reh (venison) and the gamey side dishes. From caramelised marroni freshly made to the tastiest spaetzli ever we could not have been closer to heaven. The serving staff were constantly attentive and wholly knowledgeable about the food and its provenance. To be honest in the end it was hard to leave. But we had to walk those generous plates off and ready ourselves for our next visit. This is truly fantastic Swiss cuisine, presented tastefully at a great price."
