"They seem to have one daily set meal, on the day we went it was the shark fin melon soup with chestnut rice, which was really good. The place is very small, but we managed to get a seat. The staff were lovely. Great little place."

"Wow, we are so impressed with this place! For a (massive) plate of rice 4 options, we only paid SGD$4.50. So for two plates of rice 4 options each, it was only $9. Amazing!! There are so many choices to choose from too, and not very oily either. One of our options was the mock pork belly and my husband kept checking it out to make sure it wasn't real pork! The greens and the cabbage dishes are delicious, as was the Thai style tofu, and the fact that there are several choices of different rice is an added bonus. You can also get fried beehoon (rice vermicelli noodles) as an option instead of rice, or even as one of the choices of vegetables. Four thumbs up from us! The curry puffs are also delicious, with a crumbling pastry texture. Yum! We also tried their charsiew mee and laksa on the 9th August, and they were delicious and very filling. There's also a vegetarian popiah place there now, all connected to the same place, and that was great too. Very large roll for only $1.50. certainly the cheapest popiah we've had so far. "This place is an oasis for the traveler who likes to eat healthy but doesn't want to sacrifice taste. Beautiful, delicious food with plentiful vegan options clearly marked, fresh colorful ingredients, great service, reasonable prices on a nice clean handsome space. I had the dumpling soup, with homemade veggie dumplings and a side of hot chili sauce. Also the house Salad Real Food Mix which is vegan. I would come back whenever in Singapore."

"Be warned come here at lunch time a d expect to get takeaway. In all fairness plenty of grass outside to sit on. This hawkers centre is right in the CBD and it's absolutely heavin at lunch time. We opted for take out and got some noodles dish and rice dish. A bargain 10sgd for three portions and the food was nice enough. Nothing special but ideal for lunch. Witlrth a visit but aim for a late lunch at 2."
