Situated outside the small town of Conques Mr. Busset creates simple but delicious and imaginative dishes using first clas products and herbs that you may never have heard of or at the most are quite rare. For example, how often have you heard of or even eaten hedge woundwort, yarrow flowers and ground ivy? The chef proposes a set menu, soup, meat, fish, poultry with an alternative if there is something you don' eat and each dish is artfully presented by the maître d' and his cheerful assistant. Congratulations to cuisinier Busset is 1 *Michelin really enough???"

"Great ground floor and very friendly staff. Breakfast very well garnished. Concerning the room (very spacious), unpleasant odor of enclosed, light that does not work, no pressure and little hot water in the shower, shredded tapestry and rather bizarre decoration.. damaging because the frame is very pleasant."

"The restaurant has a beautiful terrace, but this Summer was so hot, that the tables weren´t even set. Before ordering, we were greeted with a mis en bouche: nettle mousse with snail and foam, which tasted as original as it sounds. There are tasting menus...of 3, 5, 6 or 8 courses, from 40 to 110 euros, and you can also order à la carte. Since we weren´t very hungry, we decided this last option, following the chef suggestions of pigeon and Guinea fowl. And still, the sizes were small and my husband ordered a side. We weren´t aware that this restaurant in such a small town had a Michelin star, and it´s well deserved. it was a pity we were the only guests."
