"This is (or was) our preferred place to eat a blue plate special. jacki, the owner, is very nice and the food is good and cheap. well, I think I should say that since it has been unopen for some weeks. da march jacki from Piura-Sullana area in the north perus is and wanted to return there so we don't know if she actually did this, but she is closed. because their children are in school and in university, and you people seem to work here somewhere, we think they will reopen now that the school is back in the session."

"Menu land does good food for a local price. The menu at soles has the classic starter and main with drink included, though you'll pay a few soles more for some options. I had a burger one evening, which was incredibly cheap, but slightly...disappointing. It didn't come with fries, but rather tiny potato crunchy sticks (what are those even called so I bought chips too. The food from the lunch menu has been pretty nice though. Fresh and hot, and great value!"

"My wife and I have been visiting Huanchaco and eating at Otra Cosa since 2009. It has always been a great place to eat at, relax at, and meet others. Berry and his wife, as well as sister-in-law Sondra, always make clean, safe, and fresh...veggie friendly food. Compared with the vegetarian offerings of other places, this is one of those places where you can eat all the greens and salads worry-free. The kitchen can take a little time to get you all the food, but each meal is prepared from scratch and well worth the wait."

"Great personal care products from natural products amazing soaps, body lotions, chapsticks. It even has CBD and other herbs and supplements. We tried vegan treats and they were really delicious. "OK, this place isn't 100% vegetarian or vegan but there are plenty of choices there. I had the meal of the day which costs 17 soles in February 2022. It included a glass of fresh fruit juice, a bowl of squash soup and the main plate with a mixed veggie and cheese calzone and a potato beet carrot salad. The food was far superior to anything I got in a vegetarian or vegan restaurant in the city of Trujillo. If you are visiting this area of peru, you should go down to Huanchaco Beach anyway, and definitely make this your place to eat lunch for that day. Believe me, the food is much much better here than in the city of Trujillo. My friend got the falafel sandwich which also is very tasty."
