"Been to this place twice. The first time it was amazing and the second time it was a drastic experience. Tried Alfaham, Naan, Chilli Parotta, and Biriyani from here. 1. Alfaham was fine. The chicken quantity was excellent and it tasted fine too. Naan was good as well. 2. Naan was soft even after not ordering butter naan. 3. Chilli parotta : (4/5) Excellent quantity and quality. 4. Biryani (0/5) We got two sets of bulky hair in the food. They replaced the plate first upon raising the concern and provided a new set of biriyani. The replaced biriyani container also contained the same set of hairs and they didn't care to come to the table or listen to us. We just had to walk out from the place of their irresponsible behaviour. The staff is very friendly until you come across some situations like these things in food. Not recommendable. Not at aa ll hygienic place."

"Had a late night dinner here. We had kozhi kurimuzhaku soup, kanthari chicken, paneer tikka, butter rotis, fried rice and dragon panner. Food was really good and prices were appropriate considering the great ambience. Service was prompt and the staff were courteous. Rest rooms were clean and there was decent parking too. They served naan with the paneer tikka. Only one thing to mention was we expected mint chutney with tandoori and tikka but it wasn't available."

"I recently visited the restaurant 12 to 12, a place I've been to many times since it opened. It's been a while now since I've had food from 12 to 12. So my first choice was this to have food from when I reached kottayam hoping the food was as good as it was when it opened the shop. However, this time, the food was just okay, and nothing stood out as particularly impressive. I was disappointed to feel that something was missing in both taste and vibe compared to the time the shop was opened. The cheese barbecue I ordered was decent, but it didn't live up to my expectations of a delicious and awe-inspiring chicken and cheese combo. It left me with no plans to order it again from 12 to 12. On the positive side, the green apple mojito was enjoyable, and the customer service was satisfactory. Nevertheless, I can't help but think that the restaurant should make some changes to elevate its standards and prevent them from going downhill. Overall, my experience was okay, but I hope they take the necessary steps to level up their offerings and maintain their reputation as a go-to spot."
