"While the facility looks good, the service, the price and the food strongly detract from the experience. I had the fish and chips, while the quality was good, the taste had problems. My frits were salted in the high sky and the fish was fine if not blanden. The mushroom Swiss burgers was so, and the truffle friars were evil. The staff was very nice, but there were only 1 waitress who worked on a Saturday night and because of the increased volume the waiting time remained much to wish. Definitely not worth the high price of food, but the restaurant has a lot of potential. If they repair what is going on with the kitchen and 1 more waiting staff for the busy days, they could turn it into a great restaurant. 4,5 %"

"A beautiful land trip about 20 minutes outside of regina on an obstgarten hill. the chef prepares every Saturday a four-course menu to enjoy in a casual country atmosphere with a breathtaking view. salat, suppe, main and dessert with a soft homemade drink for 60...dollar local wine available as well as for 40 dollars. we loved it, but allow time to go before and after dinner. chef came to table with each cursor to introduce what she had created. simple, complex aromes and fun."

"We stopped into Lumsden for lunch as we couldn't go on our planned picnic because of the weather. So glad we did because we had the best thick pizza's we've had in a while.We ordered 2 - 10" pizza for the four of us and we had leftovers. We are not big eaters but the pizzas were filling.Would recommend the Athena and the meat pizzas, exceptionally good.They make their own dough and the toppings are fresh and they don't scrimp.This restaurant is not the newest or neatest place and they don't have a the greatest beers but for good eats I would recommend it."
