"This Restaurant was recommended to us while we travelled around Zwiesel by a friend. Original place and atmosphere, we had Caesar salad, Vegan burger and Saibling. All fresh food, which we accompanied by recommended wines. It is nice to see a place where they are not using frozen food and preparing everything themselves. Prices are fair and balanced. I hope we will manage to visit it again."

"I haven't eaten so long. Local feeling is included here. The seeming fools, from the outside and from the inside, the restaurant shows its old, but the host and its culinary art must have tried out all those who seek delicious cuisine in Zwiesel. Would give 10 stars if I could. 8€ the most expensive dish is almost a gift if you pay 7€ in Bavaria for a diner. I am overwhelmed!!!!!"

"Traditional home cooked food with delicious fresh beer. This restaurant is small and kind of hidden behind a tree. Our hotel recommended we eat here and we were glad we did. I had a New York Strip Steak (Rump Steak) with fried potatoes (brat kartoffel) and a yummy salad. My husband had the Weiner Schnitzel (Schwein) with french fries (Pommes) and a salad."

"Locale tradizionale, frequentato dalla gente del posto, sicuramente genuino e sincero però non molto allegro nè particolarmente bello da vedere. Il cibo è buono, noi abbiamo provato la specialità della casa: una teglia per due con carne varia, patate, uova, servita su un piatto da portata che lo manteneva in caldo. Poi abbiamo provato un paio di distillati fatti in casa: così buoni che abbiamo chiesto di acquistarne due bottiglie e il proprietario gentilmente ce le ha vendute."

"I'm sorry, but everything was worse than last year. large salad plate is really too sour, I don't stand out why the cook is not in a position to taste its product! and the duck with gratinkartoffeln doesn't look fresh and tastes bad. the workers and their work on the average. we have money back, but we'd rather have a good lunch. be careful, the quality of cooking is not the name of this restaurant"
