"On a holiday in verbier, we came to eat there for a family night. 4 people and we took each one a pizza. And what a disappointment. Pizza cake that wasn't one, too thick, not cooked enough, simply not good. and quality of not top trims either. In addition, pizza size worthy of a child pizza (rarely seen a pizza that did not fill the plate by far.) Maybe the other dishes on the map are better, but for those looking for a good pizzeria, I don't recommend it.Remark positive nevertheless, service quite kind and smiling of the waitress."

"A beautiful spot with a fantastic view completely spoilt by rude snd completely incompetent staff. A steady flow of customers skiing past seduced by its position means the staff couldn't care less and get away with treating customers as if they are doing them a favour by even just seating them in the restaurant. We waited 40 mins for a table after arriving at 13.45. The “ manager” whose erratic behaviour pointed to the ingestion of a large quantity of stimulants repeatedly assured us our table would be ready in “3” minutes. 15 minutes later when we spotted him giving a free table to a party that had arrived well after us and I pointed out the ready in 3 minutes and that we had arrived before them it was greeted by shouting, “3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 its the same isnt it “ . We eventually were given a table for 2 for the four of us. We ordered and 1 hr 15 mins later our food had not arrived. There were no explanations nor apologies just brusque replies to polite enquiries. Finally my wife who is calm and very well mannered went to the kitchen to find out what was going on. Chaos, we have run an hotel for 35 years and could see straight away that there was no system in place, out waitress couldn’t even find our order, she was frantically tearing orders off a spike and was visibly “ melting down”. The manager was nowhere to be seen, the waiting staff avoided any customer contact, and a cook in dirty clothes came out to simply shrug and say “ we are all just human “ again absolutely no attempt at apology. We were not the only customers complaining at the kitchen doorway, one group lucky enough to get some food and drink had bern waiting to pay for over 30 mins. We walked out. A restaurant to be avoided at all costs."
