"We came here about 5 yrs ago and absolutely loved the food and atmosphere. We went back 7/2/23 it was not busy at all. Atmosphere was the same as last time. Calamari and zucchini flowers were delicious. My wife and I each ordered the lasagna. We waited at least 45 mins to be served the lasagna which came in a pan and looked the least bit appetizing. The appearance was terrible and there were burnt pieces throughout the lasagna. My wife being Italian was so disappointed in everything about it she sent hers back. I only ate mine because I was so hungry from waiting so long. No matter where we have eaten in the past the lasagna comes layered, rectangle and neat. The lasagna here looks like a sloppy mess and the noodles were overcooked! Needless to say, we won’t be returning and will try a different Italian restaurant the next time we travel to Boston!"

"Had the best dinner because of our server, Marco!Marco gave us some great advice on feed and Italian pairing wine, made our dinner so awesome! He is outstanding and always checking on us. The host and hostage are also very welcome when we walked in for a table. Highest recommendation for great service and great good. The mussels were so delicious, then the truffle pizza and seafood pasta!"

"This was our first time visiting dolce vita and it will not be our last! We were met at the door and made to feel like family. The service was incredible and the food was out of this world! I grew up having my large family celebrating every milestone in my grandparents small house. Food was plentiful and love was everywhere. This is exactly how we felt when we entered the restaurant and will definitely make this our #1 place to visit!"
