"Lovely lunch with a friend a few weeks ago in the gorgeous outside area Staff went above and beyond our expectations to help us with everything. Food was exceptional it was a delight. The only downside was the price of the wine which was excellent but so expensive for such a small glass. We would recommend it very highly x Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch"

"Disappointing experience ! I didn’t mind that the food is below average And dishes looks heated and not freshly made At the end looks like this is their standard But the thing that bothered me the most is the service ! The staff are really rude and unprofessional .. edit to the comment as i can’t reply we actually didn’t eat all the food , and we have not eaten two of our dishes that we have paid for we didn’t make big deal of it , because this how you being nice and respectful which is apparently something the workers their lack we did point few things to the waiter and they were very rude Finally, you can see from the replies to all the negative comment how professional those guys are .. instead of trying to improve on these things that have been repeated in the reviews ! "Been here in a number of occasions with no complaints but our last visit to this place will be our last. We were completely ignored Empty plates left on the table for 15 minutes never offered a the sweet menu. Only 2 other tables were in use. Were made to feel as if we were not welcome . As for the food it's nice but not very Italian"

"First, I tried to call at least 10 times the whole day to book and check that this load definitiw accepts the wowcher goods. No one ever answered. as last resort I contacted her fb page. the person answered only one question (the voucher, so I had to contact them again, no one answered the phone. they said I could book online, but no apology or explanation was made. I hate the online booking and much rather talk to an actual person! When we arrived, we sat fast. then it took 15 minutes until someone came back to take over our order. that was nice. the service was hurried and not very susceptible. during my booking I had asked if the happy birthday song could be played when the desert came to my men's birthday and it wasn't. we had a wowkward voucher that I introduced and when the bill came, we were charged again?! we were not able to prove it there and then, and since it was a tasty bite for my husband birthday, we didn't want a fus so paid up to query later. we have reviewed my account and we have actually already paid (no know them a voucher to be added to a bill beforehand?! so we have paid £40 for a £20 credit (my man has email regarding this overall it was not a very good experience that is a scandal because it was our first time without our children in a very long time!"
