"Fantastic lunch every time we come in. Considering that we usually come in with 10 or more people they never fail to take really good care of us. Every one in our group had something deferent and loved their choice. I usually get Chick Parmesan and had it again. It's the best anywhere in the city. The service also matched the food. You don't normally find that combination, so we always come back."

"On the positive, the food was excellent. The problem we had was in getting a table. We had a reservation, arrived early and didn’t get seated for 30 minutes after our reservation. We ultimately sat for at least 45 minutes and kept having to ask how much longer. Once we finally got seated, we sat for another 5 minutes before a manager happened to walk by and said our server would be right with us. Another five minutes passed. No drinks, no server, nothing. Finally we had to hunt down the manager and relay our frustration. We had another engagement to be at, hence the reservation and were now really pressed on time. We had to order along with our drink order just so we could get food in time to eat and quickly leave. The girls at the front desk were unbelievably apathetic and lazy, there was no communication within the restaurant between employees and we just had a stressful and angering experience. We are really easy people to please and rarely complain when we go out. This was just ridiculous though. There’s a good chance we won’t be back based on this experience. There are too many other good eats with superior service in S.A. On a good note, the food was really very good. The manager did acknowledge the failure and comped us an appetizer And apologized which we do appreciate. Just kind of one of those too little, too late things."
