"This was recommended by the staff at our hotel. Solid three, mom and pop local shop. Smells good when you walk in, portions are a good size, we got pasta dishes the sauces where hot, noodles not so much, but it ate. We got a Stromboli appetizer that we recommended very tasty. Sauces where ok the pasta was a bit more then al denta for our family. Decent sweet tea, water to drink is a hard pass. Family consensus is the pizza is probably great from the smell and the crust from the Stromboli. We have gone back a month later on a Thursday night. The food was much better, pasta was about spot on and sauce is still very tasty. They are super liberal with sauce portions, no complaints. I would make it five stars but kiddo asked for spaghetti and she got fettuccine, also asked for chicken on the side it was cut up and in the pasta. Super tasty A+ on taste, B ish on directions."

"Italian or Greek, the menu offers a nice range of great home style and delicious food. The atmosphere in this cozy setting took me back and reminded me of sitting down with family, it was very welcoming and friendly. Old style table jukeboxes are still on display, mostly for a walk down memory lane and casual conversation. I was there for a special occasion with friends and it was a perfect evening and venue to share a good meal. Call ahead a secure a seat for parties over 5. We will return to this place."

"My place for the Italian farewell took a turn in mediocre ville, so I tried Sam's and was immediately reminded of how the sauce makes the pizza... and what an unexpected and tasteful treatment it was. My wife ordered the BLT and was remarkable that the sandwich was limited with a good dose of chopped bacon and not to two, fat slices. It was a tasteful experience, all the way around. Considering that the staff could not have been more friendly, and that the food was ready at the time of the request (with NO additional waiting, which is all over in an order), it seems as if we had found a new Italian place. Give these guys a try and you can only enjoy a new best as well!"

"The Olive Garden is no fine dining but in terms of casual dining it is consistent in food and service and offers both at a great price. They constantly have specials for lunch like endless salad, soup and bread sticks. When I am visiting family they love to go here because they know they can treat out of towners to a good meal for cheap. The best is the linguine with shrimp and Alfredo sauce with their warm bread sticks."

"This place has made staying at the University Heart and Vascular Institute so much easier for me... it is right around the corner from the hospital and I have really enjoyed walking there and getting home cooked food every day.... it has made my stay a little bit easier ...the staff and the cashiers are just wonderful they make me feel right at home and cater to my every need... The food is just like my mother used to cook... the cornbread dressing and some of the best I have ever tasted kind of hate it then I'm going to have to go home and not to get to eat there everyday"

"This Romano’s Macaroni Grill is a great family restaurant. Draw on the table, can you write your name upside down? Food is excellent. Try the build your own pasta. As part of a chain, this Macaroni Grill has a great neighborhood atmosphere that's so popular it can require long waits on weekends. Luckily, seating is usually prompt on weekdays, especially before 7 p.m. when tables and booths begin to fill up. While we waited, the cooking staff gave us a show to remember with their speed and fancy moves in the kitchen, they really knew what they were doing. An appetizer of calamari was fine for starters along with a small loaf of bread offered with olive oil and a mix of secret spices. We ordered the Seafood Linguini, Shrimp, scallops and clams sautéed with oven roasted tomatoes, basil, arugula and linguine in a spicy marinara sauce toped with parmesan cheese. Suk ordered the Mama's Trio (three Italians classics, Primo Chicken Parmesan, Layers of Lasagna and chicken cannelloni), although they offer an extensive menu. Our waitress was excellent, and all was in order when it came time for the tab. While we passed on the tempting dessert tray this time, Macaroni Grill is a pleasant, moderately priced venue with enough menu choice to please most folks and an atmosphere conducive to lingering."
